Quebec & Ontario: A flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Other Canadian Provinces: Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD.

United States: A standard shipping charge of $20 USD applies to orders below the free shipping minimum.

United Kingdom: A flat rate of £20 is charged on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

•  Canada: Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD
•  United States: Free shipping on orders over $150 USD
•  United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £175

Shipping & Delivery

We process orders within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary based on your location but generally take up to 7 business days. Orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS to ensure reliable service.

Note: During high-traffic periods like the holidays, Black Friday, or Boxing Day, shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume.

Damaged Items & Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged or leaked, report it within 5 days of receiving your package. We cannot process refunds or replacements after this period.

Order Mistakes: If you ordered the wrong product or made an error during checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs to correct it.

We do not offer refunds on used products.

Complimentary Samples & Gifts

We include free samples with every order. While we try to match samples to your purchase, availability is not guaranteed.

Occasionally, we offer Gift With Purchase promotions in limited quantities. If a free gift is available, it must be added to your cart at checkout—if it's not in your cart, it won’t be included.

Gift Policy:

•  One free gift per order
• If multiple gifts are added, we will include the one most relevant to your purchase
• Only the free gift on orders over $75 can be combined with other promotions—other offers cannot be stacked

Order Cancellation

Need to cancel your order? A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship from Canada and are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for any charges incurred during or after shipping.

If an order is refused due to customs fees, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the package is received and processed.
