Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for defective items and must be requested within 14 days of your original purchase date.
To initiate an exchange:

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We ship from the United States, and any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused due to customs charges, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the package is received and processed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all original packaging and damaged items as proof.
