Quebec & Ontario: A flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Other Canadian Provinces: Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD.
United States: A standard shipping charge of $20 USD applies to orders below the free shipping minimum.
United Kingdom: A flat rate of £20 is charged on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Damaged Items & Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged or leaked, report it within 5 days of receiving your package. We cannot process refunds or replacements after this period.
Order Mistakes: If you ordered the wrong product or made an error during checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs to correct it.
We do not offer refunds on used products.

How To Use
After cleansing, apply to a dry face, neck, and chest using a cotton pad. Do not rinse. Allow skin to dry, then follow with your targeted products, moisturizer, and sunscreen as desired. Use twice daily, in the morning and evening.
