Quebec & Ontario: A flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Other Canadian Provinces: Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD.
United States: A standard shipping charge of $20 USD applies to orders below the free shipping minimum.
United Kingdom: A flat rate of £20 is charged on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

- Canada: Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD

Shipping & Delivery
We process orders within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary based on your location but generally take up to 7 business days. Orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS to ensure reliable service.
Note: During high-traffic periods like the holidays, Black Friday, or Boxing Day, shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume.

Damaged Items & Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged or leaked, report it within 5 days of receiving your package. We cannot process refunds or replacements after this period.
Order Mistakes: If you ordered the wrong product or made an error during checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs to correct it.
We do not offer refunds on used products.

We include free samples with every order. While we try to match samples to your purchase, availability is not guaranteed.

How to Use
To create a beautiful ombré blush effect, follow these steps:
- With a blush brush, gently swirl over the blush compact, picking up both the lighter and darker shades.
- Apply the blush to the apples of your cheeks, blending upwards and outwards towards your temples. This method will produce a natural gradient effect, with the darker shade near the apples and the lighter shade blending outward.
- For a bolder look, layer and blend the shades to reach your desired color intensity.
- Complete your look with your preferred setting spray or powder to secure the blush for a long-lasting and radiant finish.
