Quebec & Ontario: A flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Other Canadian Provinces: Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD.
United States: A standard shipping charge of $20 USD applies to orders below the free shipping minimum.
United Kingdom: A flat rate of £20 is charged on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

We do not offer refunds on used products.

How To
Apply a small amount to damp skin on the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes, then lightly emulsify with water (or cleanser) using gentle circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat the skin dry. Follow with the appropriate Eltraderm treatment product and moisturizer.
Use once or twice a week, either in the morning or evening.
