Quebec & Ontario: A flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Other Canadian Provinces: Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD.
United States: A standard shipping charge of $20 USD applies to orders below the free shipping minimum.
United Kingdom: A flat rate of £20 is charged on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Damaged Items & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on used products.

How To
Gently apply a small amount to the face and neck using light circular motions. Emulsify and rinse off with water, a damp washcloth, or as directed by a skincare professional. Follow with the appropriate Eltraderm treatment product and moisturizer. Use daily, morning and evening.
For heavy make-up applications, you may need to cleanse twice. Use a damp washcloth to help lift off excess makeup. Rinse and repeat cleanse.
For shaving: Apply cleanser all over the face and neck. While the cleanser is still on, shave using a non-electric shaver. Rinse with water.
For eyelash extensions: Use a moistened cotton swab with a small amount of cleanser to gently remove eye makeup. This helps extend the wear of lash extensions.
