Quebec & Ontario: A flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Other Canadian Provinces: Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD.
United States: A standard shipping charge of $20 USD applies to orders below the free shipping minimum.
United Kingdom: A flat rate of £20 is charged on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Damaged Items & Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged or leaked, report it within 5 days of receiving your package. We cannot process refunds or replacements after this period.
Order Mistakes: If you ordered the wrong product or made an error during checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs to correct it.
We do not offer refunds on used products.

How to use
After shampooing, generously apply Goldwell Strengthening Mask to towel-dried hair. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For optimal results, use 1-2 times weekly. For added hydration, cover hair with a shower cap and apply heat with a hair dryer for 10-15 minutes before rinsing.
