Quebec & Ontario: A flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Other Canadian Provinces: Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD.
United States: A standard shipping charge of $20 USD applies to orders below the free shipping minimum.
United Kingdom: A flat rate of £20 is charged on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Damaged Items & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on used products.

This luxurious formula provides moisture, hydration, and a glossy non-sticky finish, all while delivering a delightful pink lemonade scent across all shades.
What these ingredients do:
Vitamin E- promotes cell turnover and regeneration, helping to bring new cells to the surface of dry lips more quickly.
Avocado Oil- softens the skin and contains sterolin, which contributes to a supple feeling in the lips.
Aloe Vera- infuses your lips with antioxidants that combat wrinkles and other forms of skin damage.
Apricot Kernel Oil- acts as a skin savior. Its natural linoleic acid (omega 6) content enhances the skin's barrier function, while oleic acid (omega 9) softens the skin, giving it a satin-like texture.

How to use
For glossy, shiny lips, apply 2-3 coats of the glossiest shade.
Camelia - For a subtle look, apply 1-2 coats. For a bolder, more colorful look, apply 3-4 coats.
Here are a few tips on how to use the Jello Gloss Balm®.
- Apply 2 coats for glossy lips.
- Use the 3-in-1 lip sparkle balm on your bottom lip and the gloss balm on your top lip. Blend together for a sparkle glossy balm.
- Layer over a liquid lipstick for a lacquer effect.
- If you have a sticky gloss and want it to be less tacky, apply the gloss balm first, then your gloss on top.
- Apply a soft lip liner on your lips, followed by the gloss balm. Blend your lips for a nice tinted shine.
- Use as a lip treatment at night.
