Quebec & Ontario: A flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Other Canadian Provinces: Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD.
United States: A standard shipping charge of $20 USD applies to orders below the free shipping minimum.
United Kingdom: A flat rate of £20 is charged on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Damaged Items & Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged or leaked, report it within 5 days of receiving your package. We cannot process refunds or replacements after this period.
Order Mistakes: If you ordered the wrong product or made an error during checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs to correct it.
We do not offer refunds on used products.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these steps for a stunning, natural-looking tan:
- Exfoliate a few days before applying using the Body Exfoliant and Exfoliating Mitt.
- Avoid exfoliating, washing, or shaving on the day of application.
- Apply to clean, dry, and bare skin.
- Moisturize dry spots like knees, ankles, feet, elbows, and knuckles.
- Use hands or a mitt to apply all over the body and face (or opt for the Face Tan Water).
- Wash hands thoroughly after application.
- Wait 5 minutes before dressing.
- Allow at least 6 hours before showering to reveal your tan.
- Moisturize daily with Body Cream to extend and maintain your tan.

The depth of color will vary based on the amount applied. For the first use, we suggest starting with a small amount and adjusting for future applications. Layer more product to deepen the tan.

The Face Tan Water is specially formulated for sensitive skin, being clear, lightweight, and gentle to prevent breakouts. Apply the Face Tan Water first on your face and neck for a natural glow, then use the Self Tanning Lotion on the rest of your body.
