- Exfoliate a few days before applying using the Body Exfoliant and Exfoliating Mitt.
- Refrain from exfoliating, washing, or shaving on the day of application.
- Apply on dry, clean skin.
- Moisturize dry areas like knees, ankles, feet, elbows, and knuckles.
- Dispense 2-4 pumps of mousse onto the Tanning Mitt.
- Apply to one body part at a time in upward circular motions until fully blended.
- Wait 5 minutes before dressing.
- Allow at least 6 hours before showering to unveil the developed tan.
- Shower with warm water to wash off the color guide.
- Moisturize daily with the Body Cream to extend and maintain the tan.

Apply the Face Tan Water first on the face and neck for a natural glow, then use the Self Tanning Mousse on the rest of the body.
CAN I SLEEP WITH THE SELF TANNING MOUSSE ON?
