Quebec & Ontario: A flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Other Canadian Provinces: Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping rate of $35 CAD.
United States: A standard shipping charge of $20 USD applies to orders below the free shipping minimum.
United Kingdom: A flat rate of £20 is charged on orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping & Delivery
We process orders within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary based on your location but generally take up to 7 business days. Orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS to ensure reliable service.

Damaged Items & Return Policy
If your order arrives damaged or leaked, report it within 5 days of receiving your package. We cannot process refunds or replacements after this period.
Order Mistakes: If you ordered the wrong product or made an error during checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs to correct it.
We do not offer refunds on used products.

We include free samples with every order. While we try to match samples to your purchase, availability is not guaranteed.

How To Use
Begin by cleansing and toning your face, then apply any lightweight serums and targeted treatments. Use a small amount of DERMA-V™ on the face, neck, and chest every evening or as needed. Follow with your preferred cream or moisturizer. DERMA-V™ is also excellent for use after dermatological procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, IPL, and non-ablative laser treatments.
